NEWS FROM NASFAA

Your partners at the U.S. Department of Education want to hear from you. In cooperation with the Department of Education, NASFAA is polling members regularly on when your institution plans to send financial aid offers to students and whether enrollment decision deadlines are changing. Take this five-question survey by tomorrow, Wednesday, May 8, at 11:50 p.m. PT, to help inform plans for continued improvement with the Better FAFSA rollout. There is no data required to answer the questions in this week’s survey. Please note: these questions are the same questions from the survey NASFAA has facilitated in previous weeks. We ask that you still consider participating in this survey in full, even if your answers have not changed so we can establish trends over time.

The Department of Education (ED) on Monday announced the launch of a program that would allocate up to $50 million to stakeholders working to boost 2024-25 FAFSA completion rates.
